    Tax Manager
    BANGKOK THAILAND Full-time THB 60,000 – 100,000 per month
    2026-01-27 +


    Key Responsibilities    

       

       · Manage and review Thai tax compliance for corporate clients, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, Specific Business Tax, and Withholding Tax returns

      · Provide tax planning solutions and compliance recommendations to clients, including written tax opinions and implementation plans

      · Review tax calculations, tax planning structures, and ensure accuracy of tax filings

      · Assist clients during tax audits and tax investigations, and communicate with the Thai Revenue Department on behalf of clients

      · Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation, including Local File and Master File, and ensure compliance with Thai transfer pricing regulations

      · Prepare and coordinate Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and related notifications, including communication with multinational client headquarters

      · Prepare and review supporting tax schedules and prescribed forms required by the Revenue Department relating to transfer pricing and related party transactions

      · Work closely with lawyers and legal consultants on tax litigation, tax dispute resolution, corporate restructuring and transaction matters

      · Supervise and review work prepared by junior tax consultants/accountants

      · Design and deliver internal tax training programs to junior staff and clients on Thai tax, BOI incentives, transfer pricing and compliance procedures

      · Prepare written tax advice, memos, and reports in Thai and English

      · Monitor tax law updates and advise clients of relevant changes and implications

      · Coordinate with accounting, legal, and BOI teams to deliver integrated advisory services


     Qualifications


      · Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Law, or related field

      · Minimum 5 years’ experience in Thai taxation

      · Strong knowledge of Thai Revenue Code, BOI tax privileges, VAT, CIT, WHT

      · Experience in Transfer Pricing documentation, CbCR or related party disclosure is highly preferred

      · Experience communicating with the Revenue Department and handling tax audits is an advantage

      · Strong written English for tax memoranda and reports

      · CPA, TA, or Law License is an advantage

    BOI Officer
    BANGKOK THAILAND Full-time THB 35,000+ per month
    2026-01-27 +


    Key Responsibilities    

       

     · Coordinate with BOI officers and clients regarding BOI privileges, such as raw material systems, machinery systems, and e-Import / e-Export / e-Tax / Paperless systems

     · Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (good level)

     · Prepare and review import–export documents related to BOI privileges

     · Record quantities of raw materials and machinery in the BOI system according to prescribed procedures

     · Monitor and control the withdrawal and issuance of raw materials in compliance with BOI privileges

     · Submit BOI applications through the BOI system

     · Coordinate with relevant government agencies as assigned

     · Control and manage import privileges under BOI

     · Prepare project and BOI status reports for management

     

    Qualifications


     · Male or female, no age limit

     · Bachelor’s degree in a related field

     · At least 5–10 years of experience in BOI work, customs, import–export documentation, and land-use permit applications (special consideration)

     · Ability to communicate in Chinese and English will be an advantage

     · Good communication skills

     · Honest, patient, good personality, and strong interpersonal skills

     · CPA, TA, or Law License is an advantage

    Accountant
    BANGKOK THAILAND Full-time THB 18,000+ per month

    Key Responsibilities       


      · Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation

      · Handle full-cycle accounting and maintain accounting documents, such as invoices, tax invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers

      · Prepare input and output VAT reports

      · Prepare tax filings, including Withholding Tax (PND 1, 3, 53), VAT (PP.30, PP.36), and Corporate Income Tax (PND 50, 51)

      · Record receipts and payments; record accounts receivable and accounts payable

      · Issue and withhold withholding tax certificates

      · Perform account reconciliation

      · Close financial statements and prepare supporting schedules

      · Submit statutory filings and financial statements to the Department of Business Development (DBD), including Bor.Jor.5, Sor.Bor.Chor.3, Sor.Bor.Chor.3/1

     

    Qualifications


      · Male or female, age not over 30

      · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

      · At least 2 years of accounting experience

      · Good communication and interpersonal skills

      · Detail-oriented, diligent, and patient

      · Responsible and punctual

    Assistant to Director

    Responsibilities:

     

    Sales & Relationship Management:

    Accompany managing director to meet clients and compete customer report.

    Issue quotation to client after the meeting and coordinating with accounting department.

    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

    Analyze the group clients and identify the core value customer then evaluate the business strategies.

     

    Administrative Support:

     

    Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

    Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.

    Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Director.

     

    Project Coordination:

     

    Assist in planning, organizing, and executing special projects or initiatives as directed by the Director.

    Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.

     

    Communication and Liaison:

     

    Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

    Facilitate communication between the Director and team members.

    Customer Relationship Management:

     

    Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and engagement.

    Anticipate customer needs and proactively address issues to ensure customer

    satisfaction Language Proficiency:

     

    Utilize Mandarin language skills to assist in communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Translate documents or communications as needed.

     

    Qualifications:

     

    Chinese/Thai nationality

    Bachelor's degree in Chinese Studies (for Thai Nationality)

    Bachelor's degree in Thai Language Studies (for Chinese Nationality)

    Proficiency in Mandarin with a minimum HSK 6 certification(for Thai Nationality).

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in PowerPoint/excel.
